Sales & Shipping:

Shipping Area:  We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method: We offer free shipping via USPS ground.

Sales:  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Order Processing:  We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times: While we aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, shipping times may vary depending on your location and USPS processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at aegeanaccents@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order information. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. Because all sales are final, replacements are subject to availability.
